Deboned Stuffed Chickens

Thaw product in the refrigerator overnight before cooking, preheat oven to 375 degrees, place the meat in the pan breast side down. Cook uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes 

Add 30 minutes to cooking time if frozen. 
**Pork Dressing Stuffed Chickens – Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour covered then an additional 1 hour uncovered. 

Stuffed Bell pepper

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees, remove from package & bake uncovered for 30 minutes. 

Stuffed Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, remove from package & bake uncovered for 20 minutes. 

Stuffed Quail

Thaw & remove from bag/tray. Cook in preheated oven 350 degrees, covered for 45 minutes.  Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. 

Stuffed Potatoes

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees, remove from package, bake uncovered for 30 minutes. 

Stuffed Jalapeños

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, remove from package, cook for 25 minutes. 

Stuffed Pork Chops

Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking, preheat oven to 375 degrees. remove from package, bake for 1 hour. 

Boudin Balls

Keep frozen, remove from package, fry at 350 degrees for 6 minutes until golden brown. 

Boudin Links

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, bring a pot of water to a boil, put links into boiling water, when water comes back to boil, take out. 

Puff Pastry Hand Pies 

Keep frozen, bake at 375 for 45 mins.
